Our Dispute Resolution team provides practical, highly responsive, cost effective advice and representation across a broad range of international and Bermuda based disputes in the areas of banking, company/corporate, construction, defamation, general commercial, restructuring and insolvency, personal injury, property and planning, and public and constitutional law.
We are known for offering a high degree of Director involvement in the work we do and for having in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory and commercial environment in Bermuda. We have a large local client base and also work regularly with leading major international law firms and their clients in large scale and high profile complex international commercial, insolvency and trust litigation cases. We regularly advise financial institutions, regulatory bodies, the insurance/reinsurance industry, the hospitality sector on contentious and non-contentious matters.
