Our department participates in risks analysis decisions in which a legal point of view is required, including legal opinions in transactions and disputes, general insurance assessment, claims, arbitration and litigation, regarding different risks contained in complex policies, including international credit insurance, all risk construction insurance, civil responsibility insurance, guarantee insurance and life insurance.
