Our Clinical Negligence team is Surrey based and provides services to clients nationwide who have suffered injury both in the private sector and the NHS. The areas of specialism include birth injuries including cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal injury and in particular cauda equina cases, oncology, and surgical injuries as well as an array of other types of claims.
A team approach is taken which provides clients with a stronger and more consistent process. The focus is always on what is in the best interests of the client and what they would like to achieve as an outcome. We aim to provide readily available access to advice and guidance at all times.
Our team have access to a broad range of reputable external experts to assist in building the case drawn from Counsel, medical experts, case managers and rehabilitation providers. We use the latest technology on offer to view medical notes, records and radiology.
We have two members on the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and most of our lawyers are accredited with APIL.
