Moore Barlow’s insolvency team deals with all aspects of insolvency, business recovery and restructuring, including helping creditors achieve the best financial outcome when a debtor defaults, maximising the options for one’s business and its chances of recovery when facing financial difficulty, and assisting insolvency practitioners in resolving their cases as quickly and effectively as possible.
The team’s clients include insolvency practitioners, directors and business owners, individuals and their families, creditors, and purchasers looking to acquire a business or assets from an insolvent party. A TRI Awards finalist, the team also specialises in debt recovery.
Moore Barlow has a (non-appointment taking) licensed insolvency practitioner at the firm. They can work collaboratively with colleagues from across the firm on any issues that, for example, require property, employment or corporate expertise.
