With more than 150 lawyers on our team, we have one of the largest international hedge fund practices based upon the number and size of hedge fund clients and transactions. We represent all types of domestic and offshore hedge funds, across a broad range of investment and financing strategies, including customized and captive funds, crossover funds, hybrid hedge/private equity funds, funds of funds, master-feeder funds, and permanent capital vehicles.

We represent more than 800 global hedge fund managers, broker-dealers, and asset managers, including more than 50% of the world’s 50 largest hedge funds.
