We opened the Osaka office in 2014 to have a local base from which to provide a full range of legal services to clients located in the Kansai region (including Osaka). With three partners in our Osaka office, our legal services for clients in Kansai cover a wide variety of areas, such as domestic and cross-border M&A, other cross-border transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions, IP transactions, and dispute resolutions.
