Our Guernsey Employment team advises the island's major employers, both international and local financial institutions and sectors including: trusts and funds, banking, regulation, retail, telecommunications, hospitality and leisure, online gaming, maritime, aviation and construction, and act for company directors and senior executives, when not conflicted.
The breadth of the Mourant Employment practice, in comparison to other firms, is substantial. We advise on a large range of employment law issues including but not limited to:
