- Nishimura & Asahi advised KDDI and Mitsui as they conducted a take-private of Relia, a TSE-listed affiliate of Mitsui, and a merger with KDDI Evolva, a wholly owned subsidiary of KDDI, by means of a tender offer on Relia’s common shares, a subsequent squeeze-out of Relia’s minority shareholders and a merger between Relia and KDDI Evolva.
