Alain Malek leads the firm's North Africa practice, dividing his time between its offices in Casablanca and Paris. His deep-seated and wide-ranging experience sees him act on major cross-border M&A transactions and energy and infrastructure projects, as well as offering expertise in other areas such as insolvency, corporate compliance and white-collar crime. He is noted for his regular assistance to domestic and French clients active in Morocco.
