Our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in the UAE is experienced in all areas of local and international dispute resolution – litigation, arbitration and means of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation. Our team is widely praised for its on-the-ground, full service knowledge – we have in depth experience in banking, regulatory, real estate, hospitality, construction, commercial, telecommunications, energy, investor state and insurance disputes. Our diverse and multicultural team advises on English, New York, DIFC, ADGM and in some instances, local UAE law. The team represents clients before the English Courts, DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts (and largely conducts its own advocacy). The team also has extensive experience in international arbitration and has acted on ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, ADCCAC, DIAC and ad hoc arbitrations. Members of the team regularly sit as arbitrators and experts and a number are certified mediators.
