- Advised NLNG on the structuring, negotiating, and steering of the recently closed US$3 billion hybrid financing for the development of Nigeria LNG’s seventh liquefaction train.

- Advise to Seplat on US$ 350,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility originally dated 30 December 2014. Also engaged by Seplat in respect of the transfer of a number of Oil Mining Leases (OMLs) being OMLs 4, 38 and 41 from Seplat to Seplat West Limited (this was pursuant to the Amended Facility Agreement).
