With developers, our assistance typically starts with the negotiation of the joint venture agreements with prospects of investors and the incorporation of the corresponding legal vehicles and in further stages, we provide advice on all the operational matters of the project including land zoning and licenses, tax optimization, drafting the corresponding agreements with suppliers and assisting in the commercial relations with any other third party involved in the project.
