We act in the conduction and follow-up of general meetings and shareholders' meetings, as well as in the defense of the interests of minority and majority shareholders in legal and arbitration disputes of corporate nature. We implement governance and compliance standards, develop rules for corporate coexistence among partners by means of shareholders' or quota holders' agreements, or create internal regulations and manuals for companies. 

We advise foreign clients in the planning and organization of investments in Brazil, in matters involving the Brazilian Central Bank norms, guiding and performing the registration of foreign capital, reinvestments, remittances of dividends, repatriation of invested capital and conversion of credits into investments, as well as advisory before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), among other regulatory agencies.
