Peck Advogados’ Data Protection practice ranges from drawing up an inventory of personal data, diagnosing the current context, developing a compliance action plan, preparing documentation to support the program and its governance. Over the course of two decades, Peck Advogados has advised more than 500 corporate clients and been at the forefront of the implementation of around 550 projects in the area of privacy, information security and data protection.

Peck Advogados also offers legal analysis of strategies in projects with Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications; study of risks and legal feasibility for implementing AI projects (regulatory, privacy, security and ethics); protection of AI intellectual property; auditing of algorithms and chatbots; and analysis of algorithmic bias.

Peck Advogados is Brazil's representative in the prestigious International Network of Privacy Law Professionals (INPLP), an international institution that brings together the main debates on data protection in the world and has only one other Brazilian law firm as a participant.
