- Pre-investment stage: our team advises our clients from the pre-investment stage and the submission of the first non-binding offers, up to the negotiation and signing of the documents required to close the transaction
- Post-investment stage: we also accompany our clients in the stages following the investment. We advise them on the day-to-day management of their investments, restructuring their portfolios, refinancings and add-on acquisitions
