Our Dispute Resolution team is well-versed in a wide range of industries and areas of the law. Our team is led by two partners who guide eleven qualified associates with valuable experience in these matters. Our main clients are leading players in key industries, including energy and mining, oil and gas, banking and finance, utilities, engineering and construction, retail, real estate, technology and social media. Our team’s core specialty is twofold. On the one hand, we have robust experience handling arbitration proceedings in Colombia and abroad, under the rules of the world’s leading arbitral institutions. On the other hand, complex litigation in all sort of matters and in virtually every area of the law.
