Provides counsel to clients in connection with transportation infrastructure (toll roads, ports, airports, and railways), social infrastructure (hospitals, jails, schools), public utilities infrastructure (telecommunications, water and sewerage systems, energy) and real estate developments (hotels, buildings, urban renovation), among others.
Advises clients in the engagement of strategic and financial investors who join the projects as part of the financing scheme.
