Pinsent Masons has established infrastructure and construction legal capabilities in both Hong Kong and Singapore. It regularly advises public and private sector clients on the development of key transport projects in the region, including the Philippines, as well as in locations further afield, such as the Middle East. - Pinsent Masons continued to act for Goldwind, one of the world's largest wind turbine manufacturers and renewable energy companies, in connection with the construction of the Clarke Creek Wind Farm in Queensland.
- Pinsent Masons advised the IFC as lender on the USD727 million financing of an integrated logistics facility in Laos, which includes the expanded Thanaleng dry port and the greenfield Vientiane logistics park.
