Our tax litigation practice covers all stages of tax litigation and proceedings. This includes the defence of our clients' interests in all administrative, arbitration and judicial proceedings. We also represent our clients in tax, customs and social security offences.
In addition, we advise and represent our clients in cases involving the most controversial and innovative tax issues in Portugal, including before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
