Poul Schmith’s M&A practice is broad-based and covers the full array of transactional, corporate and regulatory advice. The M&A team advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions within private equity, venture capital, corporate transactions and heavily regulated sectors.
The M&A team consists of a number of experienced partners and senior associates, all having significant experience advising international and domestic clients in relation to international transactions.
