We have vast experience handling both local and international M&A transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, and are able to structure and execute complex high value transactions that are traditionally the domain of larger firms.
Our clients include private equity funds, multinational corporations, high net-worth family offices and sovereign wealth-backed entities. We have acted for our clients on both buy-side and sell-side deals as lead transaction counsel.
In the public M&A space, we have experience advising on take-private actions involving general offers, schemes of arrangement and delistings, as well as reverse take-overs and management buy-outs. In terms of private M&A work, we handle downstream acquisitions and investments by private equity funds, business divestments and spin-offs, as well as competitive auction sale processes.
Recent notable M&A deals include acting as lead counsel to a private equity-led consortium in a high profile auctioned privatisation of a SGX-listed logistics company worth USD12 billion in transaction value, as well as the sale of a Temasek-backed medtech company in one of the largest biotech exits in Singapore.
