Our Intellectual Property & Technology team offers a full and wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP-related services and advises on a broad spectrum of enforcement, management and transactional issues.
In Intellectual Property (IP) civil and criminal enforcement, we understand the importance of urgency. We assist our clients in making urgent court applications for injunctions and search and seizure orders as well as participating in raid actions. With our enforcement experience, we regularly advise on and craft anti-counterfeiting programmes.
Many of our clients call upon us to manage and coordinate their IP portfolios in Malaysia and worldwide. Our team has ample experience in the protection and management of IP, including advising on clearance and protection of patents, designs, trade marks and trade dress. Our transactional work spans the drafting, review and negotiation of licence, franchise, technology transfer, and IT contracts. We advise on IP regulatory compliance and also undertake IP audits and due diligence exercises.
