Our Energy, Infrastructure & Projects practice comprises experienced lawyers in various fields, working together as a fully-integrated and multi-disciplinary team. We advise our clients throughout the whole project life-cycle, from project inception, land development, construction and commissioning, financing (including project financing on a limited recourse basis), to the supply chain infrastructure and plant operations and maintenance.
We have considerable experience providing advice on privatisation of public sector businesses as well as on infrastructure development by the private sector in partnership with the public sector or otherwise. Members of our team have negotiated and drafted many agreements including concession, power purchase and construction and engineering contracts and have also handled related documents under various contractual arrangements for infrastructure projects including airports, ports, land transportations (highway, monorail, double track electrified rail, and mass rapid transit) power plants (gas-fired, coal-fired, combined cycle gas turbine and hydro-electric), and petrochemical plants and buildings in the region.
