Our Construction practice has a well-established reputation in vertical construction, concentrated around institutional real estate clients and major infrastructure assets. We act for large developers and contractors, as well as being appointed by receivers and liquidators to provide advice arising from high-profile construction sector insolvencies. Providing strategic and legal advice, we act on the disputes arising, whether in arbitration, adjudication or other dispute resolution processes under the contract.
