We represent clients before the local and federal conciliation and arbitration boards, including strike calls for the revision of collective bargaining agreements, economic conflicts and representation in union certification processes.
We also represent clients before administrative labor authorities, such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the local offices and labor ministries in several Mexican States, especially in connection with labor inspections, as well as in defending the client from administrative sanctions and fines.
