The team has been involved in many 'one of its kind' transactions including, ADR offering by Sterlite Industries, the first listing of an Indian REIT on the Singapore Stock-Exchange, GoI Exchange Trade Fund, the first product of its kind, Sale by Daiichi of its stake in Sun Pharmaceuticals through the ‘screen based’ trading platform of the stock exchanges, the largest transaction of its kind in India and the sale by the GoI of its stake in ONGC through the stock exchange mechanism, the first of its kind.

- Acted as Indian legal counsel to Info Edge (India) Limited in its QIP of its equity shares valued at Rs. 1875 Crores.
- Acted and advised as Indian legal counsel offer for sale of equity shares of Bharat Dynamics Limited by the Government of India.
- Acted as the Indian legal counsel to the Power Distribution Services Limited in connection with the issuance of US dollar denominated investment grade senior secured notes due 2030 by Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited.
- Advised JSW Infrastructure Limited with its issuance of US$ 400 million 4.95% Senior Secured Sustainability-Linked Notes.
