- Advised Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, AlBaraka Bank and Attijari Wafa Bank regarding a syndicated Sharia-compliant facility in structured in the form of Islamic Mudarbah, which was granted to Al Kharafi National for Infrastructure Projects Developments, Construction and Services S.A.E amounting 1.6 B EGP.
