We advise clients in the U.K. and in nearly every country in Europe as well as in the Middle East, Africa and the CIS, providing transactional and compliance advice in connection with securities offerings under the U.K. and EU Prospectus Regulations, U.S. Rule 144A and Regulation S, and listings on the London Stock Exchange, U.S. stock exchanges and major European exchanges.
