The Singapore office of Skadden, Arps, which opened in 1995, provides a comprehensive range of services to our clients. Our lawyers in Singapore concentrate on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance (equity and debt, including high-yield), energy and infrastructure projects, privatizations, litigation and arbitration, internal and regulatory investigations, FCPA, leveraged finance and project finance.
