About
Provided by Skrine
Our Competition practice has been at the forefront of competition law in Malaysia since the formulation of Malaysia’s competition policy and the enactment of the Competition Act 2010. Our partners have been involved and had served on the government’s working group on the drafting of Malaysia’s competition laws. We have represented various companies and industry groups at the Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC) in block exemptions applications, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and leniency applications. Our partner, Tan Shi Wen, has been ranked Band 1 by Chambers Asia-Pacific in the field of competition/anti-trust in Malaysia. She has been described as "she is always helpful, available, and knowledgeable" and that "she is a good antitrust lawyer".
