About

Provided by Slater and Gordon Lawyers

Our London team acts only for clients who have suffered serious injury, usually involving brain or spinal injury, amputation or complex orthopaedic conditions, as well as acting for families who have lost a loved one through negligence.

We have 5 serious injury teams in London each headed up by a Principal Lawyer with dedicated support from other lawyers and assistants to enable us to give the best possible advice and support to our clients.

Our immediate focus is to ensure that clients secure early and ongoing access to interim payments to assist with rehabilitation, aids and equipment, changed accommodation needs and to ensure they get back to leading as full lives as possible.

We have a longstanding presence in Chambers and Partners which we consider to be testament to the dedication and commitment we bring to all our clients.

Confident in our abilities, we never shy away from a challenge and we continue to push boundaries year on year; recently winning two hugely significant Court of Appeal cases and setting legal precedent in a successful fatal accident trial.

We recognise that our clients and their families don’t just need the support of their lawyer, but often have other consequential needs and, unlike many of our peers, we can provide a full range of supplementary legal and non-legal services and are one of the only firms in the country to offer our clients access to a complimentary dedicated client liaison and welfare benefits advice team.
