S. P. A. Our dispute resolution department handles corporate and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, private international law litigation and has particular expertise in the law relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign Judgments. We engage in public international law litigation before international and regional tribunals such as the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice and investment treaty arbitration.
