1. Advised Savex Technologies on its acquisition of Inflow Technologies - the largest acquisition in the Indian hardware /software distribution space.
2. Advised Test and Verification Solutions, an American semi-conductor company, on its 100% sale of shares to the Hero Group, one of India’s largest automobile manufacturers.
3. Advised Ohmium International, a leader in hydrogen fuel cell technology, on a joint venture agreement with one of India’s largest government owned companies and on its acquisition of enArka, an Indian power electronics company.
4. Advised the Indian arm of UK-headquartered Brandenburg, a leading manufacturer of pest control systems, on its 100% sale of shares to Pelsis Holding (UK) and B&G Holding (Europe).
