SSEK’s competition practice group works closely with the M&A team in securing approvals from Indonesia’s Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) in connection with acquisitions. We are able to leverage its more than two decades of experience and network of relationships in government offices to best represent clients’ interests at the KPPU. Our lawyers advise clients on possible vertical restraints in agreements, in particular distribution agreements.
