Stek is a Dutch boutique firm which represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, as well as domestic and foreign lenders and investors, on a regular basis in mid market (club deal) in all types of financings transactions (such as acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, asset based finance and health care finance).
