Stek’s Dispute Resolution team represents clients in civil and administrative litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The practice covers the entire range of commercial and corporate dispute resolution, with a focus on banking and finance litigation, shareholders disputes, director’s and professional liability, M&A related disputes and follow-on (cartel) damage claims. Stek advises various leading (listed) companies and financial institutions on corporate and obligatory issues and liability, including in litigation against regulatory authorities.

Stek frequently advises clients on commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and contentious cases involving M&A transactions and joint venture agreements.
