Our team has extensive experience in regulatory issues before CVM and Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA), structuring innovative transactions, equity offerings (including IPOs and transactions with Depositary Receipts and Brazilian Depositary Receipts – BDRs), debt offerings, and offering of other securities.
