We advise clients on applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to ongoing operations, as well as those pertaining to the construction of new facilities and modification of existing facilities. We monitor and provide input on legislation and agency rulemaking and policy development. The firm also helps clients properly scope environmental due diligence investigations, prepare requests for proposals from environmental consultants to perform environmental investigations, and interpret and understand the legal ramifications of environmental investigations and how those investigations impact transactions.
We work closely with clients and their other professional advisors to streamline environmental due diligence to identify environmental risks and to devise creative and efficient ways to manage and address them.
