Founded in 2014, Synch boasts one of the largest IT practices in Sweden with some 15 attorneys advising clients on a full range of IT related matters. Our strategy is clear: to be a Swedish based law firm with international business where focus is on innovation, digital business and technology. Every year we advise on some of Sweden’s most significant tech transactions as well as continuously advise both small and large tech companies and traditional companies on strategic and complex technology and data related issues.

We disrupt the Nordic market for legal services by not only offering traditional advisory services but also offer flexible and innovative working methods as well as technology in both our operations and as a direct offering to our clients. Synch is well connected within the start-up and scale-up segment and is constantly approached by various Hubs and collaboration opportunities. We collaborate with all the major Hubs around Stockholm and also starting to establish in other parts of Sweden as well. SynchSandbox is one of the first of its kind in the Nordics international programs supporting early-stage LegalTech start-ups.
