The team assists clients from the very beginning in creating a complete strategy to ensure an optimum protection of IP rights. This includes strategic advice, research, clearance, registration, and monitoring. Synch further assists in the commercialisation, prosecution, and enforcement. We negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements and assist in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. We also prepare preventive strategies.
On a regular basis we advise on complex cross-border IP matters, both contentious and non-contentious. For example, Synch manages and coordinates trademark portfolios in the EU on behalf of international companies from various countries, in particular the US.
