Work Highlights:
- Tay & Partners advised and assisted Goodyear Malaysia Berhad during the investigation by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection over forced labour practices and the out-of-court settlement with the migrant workers.
- Tay & Partners advised FGV Holdings Berhad in relation to compliance with the local employment law and the International Labour Organization convention as part of FGV’s effort towards lifting the Withhold Release Order (WRO) against palm oil and palm oil products in 2024.
