- Advising St George Community Housing on its proposed bid, in consortium with Lendlease Development, on the Waterloo Renewal Project in Sydney worth A$3-4 billion.
- Working with the South Australian Government's Crown Solicitor’s Office on the tender for the managing contractor arrangements for construction of the new Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide. The new hospital is one of the state's largest ever infrastructure projects valued at approx. A$3 billion.
