The Corporate/M&A Department deals with a wide range of legal matters of interest to our clients in a variety of civil areas, including personal, family, and property rights, and advice on commercial activities. Services in these areas include, firstly, the preparation of documents necessary for the exercise of our clients' commercial or professional activities.
Our Department also provide legal advice on the purchase and sale of assets or shareholdings, including the due diligence required for such transactions. We also advise on all aspects of restructurings and mergers and foreign investment issues. In general, the Corporate/M&A Department is actively involved in the negotiation and documentation of contracts of all kinds, including construction contracts, international sales of goods and those relating to international commercial transactions.
