• Obtaining merger control approval for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company’s proposed acquisition of Juniper Networks, Inc.
• Obtaining merger control approval for Tiga Acquisition Corp. III’s proposed acquisition of certain preferred stock of Dream Sports Inc. from an existing shareholder.
• Obtaining merger control approval for HDFC Limited and HDFC Bank for the amalgamation of HDFC Limited into and with HDFC Bank.
• Obtaining merger control approval for a leading GCC sovereign wealth fund for an investment in the green hydrogen space in India.
• Obtaining merger control approvals for HDFC Bank and HDFC Credila for the acquisition by the EQT group and ChrysCapital collectively of a 90% stake, and by Shinhan Bank of a minority stake, in HDFC Credila.
• Obtaining merger control approval for Unifeeder, a DP World subsidiary, for its acquisition of certain Transworld group entities.
• Conducting an antitrust compliance investigation into the activities of an Indian subsidiary of a multinational industrial engineering conglomerate.
