The department has 10 children law accredited lawyers, three lawyers are Resolution accredited specialists (private children, child abduction, complex financial and property matters and domestic abuse), and an accredited specialist in family law (advanced).
Sarah Inchley joined the team in 2023 bringing a wealth of experience in representing parents in children law cases, most notably abduction and relocation cases.
Our expertise covers the full spectrum of family law, including: adoption, child abduction, child arrangements, child protection/care proceedings, cohabitation, divorce, financial remedies, FGM, forced marriage, surrogacy and fertility, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
