About
Provided by UGGC Avocats
UGGC Avocats assists its clients in all areas of town planning and development law, for both private clients and public or semi-public bodies. The firm assists its clients from the earliest stages of their project, firstly by seeking legal and operational solutions to maximise the potential of the assets, whether from a purely financial perspective or with a view to operating a given economic activity.
The firm then advises its clients on the national and local legislation and regulations applicable to the project in question and is regularly involved upstream of applications for planning permission (development permits, building permits, demolition permits, prior declarations, etc.), auditing applications before they are submitted.
Finally, UGGC Avocats is involved in defining and implementing the contractual arrangements needed to carry out and enhance the value of the project, right through to its completion, particularly in complex projects involving several builders or involving the construction of works with a mixed private and public purpose: VEFA contracts, project management contracts, public domain occupation contracts, volume divisions, etc. The firm also represents its clients before the relevant administrative authorities and assists them during the examination of their applications for administrative authorisations, as well as before the courts, both in defence, when the project is contested, and in application, when the authorisations applied for are refused.
