We are one of the biggest tax boutique firms in the Netherlands. Our (international) corporate tax advisory work forms the core of the tax services we provide. Our tax lawyers assist clients with high-end tax advice in the field of M&A, fund formation, management incentive plans, capital market transactions and international restructurings. We focus on high-end international corporate tax advice and our tax team deals with all aspects related to ATAD directives, MLI and BEPS for our international and domestic clients.
Our Dutch tax team has a very strong track record advising multinationals from different industries, including fashion / apparel retailers, entertainment, real estate, mining, technology, software and life sciences companies. The team has extensive experience advising venture capitalists, scale ups, greenfield strategies, and companies that are in the early growth stages.
