Additionally, for the past decade, we have advised several of our most important national and foreign clients in multiple public tenders related to power, oil and gas, infrastructure, life science, and transportation sectors. We guide our clients through the most complex public bidding procedures before federal administrative authorities, from the call to bid up to the negotiation and execution of the awarded contracts. When it is required, we have advised several of our clients in complex administrative litigations and conciliation processes arising from federal public tenders.
