We understand the commercial realities of delivering primary care and are able to differentiate ourselves from other corporate advisers, given our understanding of both the technical legal issues relating to professional partnerships as well as the commercial context in which they operate.

As a commercial firm, we provide a full range of services to our GP clients. Particularly, we advise GP practices on the following:

• Partnership agreements, mergers, collaborations, disputes, legal structures including joint property ownership, partnering with private sector and NHS contracts.
• The formation of GP Super Partnerships, GP Federations, provider companies and new ventures for entrepreneurial GPs, shareholder agreements and business acquisitions and disposals.
• We advise on property ownership, surgery developments and funding, and the team has completed in excess of 100 developments.
• Employment matters, regulatory (CQC) and health and safety matters.
• Leases both for GPs and with third parties. We are advising 32 'Health Centre' clients on new Leases with NHS Property Services Ltd.
