Our Team of lawyers have specialist expertise in corporate financings, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance (both investment and development), asset based finance and restructuring work covering the full range of corporate funding requirements. All of the partners in our team are recognised as leaders in their own fields.
Because our lawyers have experience in the business restructuring environment, they understand the pitfalls that can trip up the unwary, but they also have the commercial understanding to structure transactions in a way that will minimise those risks, without interfering with the underlying commercial realities of the deal. This understanding means we can guide our clients between theoretical problems and the real issues and help them differentiate between the two.
